Week 11 in the 52 Family Week Project
Laptops, chess, homework, Jimmy Fallon, work, congregation responsibilities, just another weekend afternoon after a very busy week. This weekend was the younger ones' school auction. We've only missed one year since we started attending with Gunnar in kindergarten, and each year I'm blown away by the generosity of the parents and how committed they are to providing whatever is needed. My parents are those awesome grandparents that attend as well, and I can't tell you how many people mention how great it is that they come to support their grandkids' school. It better stay an awesome school cause my sister has two more coming down the pipe to attend! I feel like every so often we need a Sunday evening when we have nothing planned just to retain our sanity and to brace ourselves for another crazy week. Come to think of it I wish every Sunday evening was like that, but I'll take what I get!
