A typical dinner for us is that photo, you can substitute brown rice or quinoa for the jasmine rice, and substitute green beans or another green vegetable for the broccoli. But it's a staple around these parts.
We've been really good at making sure our dinners are for the whole family, no one is excluded because of dietary restrictions, and it makes me smile.
Sawyer is getting better, slowly. I wish it were a fast solution, but in the end I just hope we can figure it out. A few more weeks and we should know.
