Non-Dairy Non-Berry Smoothie

Personally, I'm a fan of berries in my smoothies, but I know some people have allergies, or they just don't like a sweet smoothie. I came up with a little recipe last week that is not sweet at all, so if that's your thing, you may like this one. Beware it definitely tastes healthy, and it is definitely healthy.

~1 cup organic kale

~1 cup water

~1/2-whole peeled grapefruit

~1 cup frozen mango

~handful of raw almonds

~1 tablespoon chia seeds

~1 packet of Emergen-C
