Smoothies are going strong as my last minute go to lunch. This particular day my nephew and I were hanging out and we both were a little hungry, so once I again I opened the fridge to check out what we had on hand.
~cup of fresh organic spinach
~cup of frozen organic berries
~4 pitted dates
~1 cup water
~2 tablespoons hemp protein powder
We both were quite pleased with our recipe. He sure was a good blender button pusher if you ask me!
