I have been meaning to post this for awhile now. If you follow me on Pinterest, then you already saw this, or if you are on Facebook I posted it there too. Aaron and I carry this in our wallets. It’s a fantastic guide when shopping for fruits and vegetables. I urge all of you, even families that do not eat or shop organically, to at least purchase the foods in the dirty dozen list organically. Some can be a bit harder to find, but so worth it. I mean number 1 on the list? Apples! We feed our kids these daily. Feel free to print it out and stick in your wallet as well. Some of these I would’ve never guessed, I mean for me I stick potatoes and onions together since they are root vegetables. But they are on opposite lists. Really good info to have. Hope you use it!
